Ghost Vegan Protein Powder Review

Happy Friday everyone! Hopefully you all will be able to enjoy some nice weather today and tomorrow!

This week’s post will be a little different. I’m reviewing a protein powder! Many people don’t realize that you can actually get lots of protein from foods like plants and beans, not just meat. Vegetarians do have a bit more of an easier time getting protein than vegans though. If you need to add a little more protein into your diet, try out a vegan protein powder! My husband is the one who introduced me to this vegan protein powder a while ago. We don’t get it all the time though. Since I have been trying to eat even healthier with being pregnant, yes I still crave sweets and splurge occasionally 😂, I have been making a lot more smoothies. In my opinion, smoothies are the best way to add in some extra protein and other items you may be lacking since you can cover up the taste with fruit! Although, this Ghost protein powder is pancake batter and is really good! I do make a few different types of smoothies, but one of our favorites lately has the Ghost protein powder, spinach, flaxseed, frozen strawberries, banana, and the Orgain almondmilk. 😋

Nutrition Facts

The serving size is one scoop which we never add to our smoothies. We always add less than that, but you can add as much or as little as you’d like! There is a decent amount of iron which is always important. The best part about this protein powder is that it has 20 grams of protein in one scoop! So, it’s a super easy way to get some more protein. The fat is also low and it is made with pea protein, pumpkin protein, and watermelon seed protein. This makes it vegan!

Stores

We bought this vegan protein powder from GNC.

Especially if you’re vegetarian or vegan, you have to think about where you are getting your protein from a bit more. If you eat plenty of beans and greens like spinach and broccoli, that’s great! If you do need to add in a bit more protein though, this Ghost protein powder is a super easy and delicious way to do that! 😋
