Birds Eye Cauliflower Wings Review

This week’s post is on the Birds Eye Cauliflower wings. Has anyone tried to make cauliflower wings at home? I have, and I have no idea how they do it! Probably lots of practice. 😂 I just couldn’t get the batter to stay on the cauliflower very well. As soon as I started to cook them, the coating was falling off. Even when they were done, they were more soggy than crispy. So, when I found the Birds Eye Cauliflower wings, I was excited to try them out and figured they had to be better than mine. 😂 These cauliflower wings were super easy to cook and included a barbeque sauce packet. They also have a buffalo version, but I worried they would be too spicy for me. We all know how I feel about spicy. 😂 Anyway, they baked nicely and were super delicious! 😋 The barbeque sauce wasn’t overpowering at all but you didn’t get a strong cauliflower taste which is great for anyone that doesn’t care for cauliflower as much.

Nutrition Facts

There’s not too much fat in these cauliflower wings but the sodium is high. There is dietary fiber and protein though! You also will get some iron and potassium. I was glad to see the company uses wheat flour and the sauce includes natural ingredients.

Ignore the ripped bag I was hungry and wanted to get these in the oven right away and thought about taking the picture afterwards. 😂

Cooking

As I said, these cauliflower wings were easy to cook. You simply put them in the oven and cook for about 20 minutes. Then coat them in the barbeque sauce and enjoy! They do have instructions for how to cook them in the microwave also, but food always seems better in the oven as long as you can wait that long. 😂
