I don’t know about all of you, but many of the gluten free products I have been trying are actually pretty good! I have heard that they all used to taste like cardboard and were barely edible. Thankfully this has been changing! A gluten free snack I found a few months ago was the Back to Nature Multi-Seed Rice Thin Crackers. Crackers are great to eat by themselves, with cheese, or with many other great options, so I feel like you can never find too many great options. Well I have to say unfortunately I’ll have to keep looking for a gluten free cracker option. These multi-seed rice thin crackers seriously did taste like cardboard. I tried to eat several to see if I would like them more. I could tolerate them a bit more but still really didn’t enjoy them at all.

Nutrition Facts

These gluten free crackers are a pretty healthy snack if you can tolerate them. The fat is low, there’s no cholesterol, and there is a little dietary fiber and protein. The ingredients list is also low which is always a positive!

The Company

I really wish I liked these gluten free crackers because the Company is doing a wonderful job of promoting sustainability. They support The Nature Conservatory which plants trees to help clean the air. The cardboard box used for these crackers is made from recycled material. Also, the print on the box is made from vegetable ink.

Stores

I bought the Back to Nature Gluten Free Multi-Seed Rice Thin Crackers from the organic aisle at our local Giant.

Even though I thought these gluten free crackers tasted like cardboard, that doesn’t mean you will! If you decide to try them out, let me know your thoughts. I would love to support this Company, so I will definitely be trying out their other snacks!
