Almond Breeze Review

In this post, I’ll review Almond Breeze Almondmilk. Being vegetarian means you haven’t cut out dairy products. For me, I have a high sensitivity to cow’s milk, so I limit my intake as much as I can (I do love my sweets though!). Almond Breeze Almondmilk is definitely my go-to milk substitute!

They have multiple kinds which I recommend all of them 😋. For cereal, tea, and coffee, I use either the unsweetened vanilla or the sweetened vanilla. I have also used the almond coconut milk. I never used to like coconut, but my taste buds have changed since becoming vegetarian and trying to have a more open mind. This milk alternative may not have much protein, but it makes up for it by having a higher percentage of calcium, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and it’s low in calories! Also, almonds are an ingredient which is always good for your diet! I don’t feel like it really tastes like almonds though if you’re not a huge fan. The chocolate milk is also delicious! I have an obsession with chocolate, so this is an easy choice when I’m trying to be a little bit more on the healthier side 😉.

I wish more restaurants and coffee shops carried Almond Breeze Almondmilk! I will say though, if you are used to drinking cow’s milk, you may have to adjust to almond milk. It’s definitely more on the watery side compared to a thicker, creamier cow’s milk. I would also say if you are using it as a creamer, you may have to add in more than you normally would with cow’s milk or other creamers.

If you decide to try Almond Breeze Almondmilk, let me know what you think! As always, if there is a food or drink you’ve been itching to try, let me know and I’ll be sure to give you a review!
