Snyder’s Gluten Free Pretzels Review

Can you all believe it’s almost May?! Time seems to be just flying by!

This week’s post is about a snack I’ve actually been eating for a long while now but haven’t shared it with you all yet! I’m sure most people have heard of Snyder’s pretzels but did you know they have a gluten free line? At our stores, they sell three different kinds of these gluten free pretzels: regular, honey mustard, and buffalo. My favorite is the honey mustard. They actually taste pretty similar to their non-gluten free honey mustard pretzels. I will say the buffalo isn’t actually that spicy though if you want to try them out. These are a great snack to have on hand because as with any pretzels, you can eat them by themselves, with hummus, cheese, etc. Currently I have been eating the honey mustard pretzels with hummus. 😋 I really wouldn’t say you would notice a difference between the gluten free pretzels and non-gluten free pretzels although it’s honestly been a long time since I’ve had the non-gluten free ones. My husband, who has no dietary restrictions, has even devoured these pretzels. I usually try to keep some on hand so I can have some too! 😂

Nutrition Facts

Since these are pretzels, they do have fat and sodium. The sugar is low though. What makes these pretzels great besides the flavor is they are gluten free, soy free, dairy free, casein free, and egg free! As I’ve said before, I can tolerate some gluten it just depends, but I love that they are soy free to keep my soy consumption to a minimum. If you have any issues with foods, it’s nice to know there are snacks that are still super delicious that you can have!

Stores

I buy the Snyder’s Gluten Free Pretzels from our local Giant stores in the gluten free, organic section. They’re usually on sale too!

If you’re looking for a snack to have on hand and love pretzels, get these Snyder’s Gluten Free Pretzels! You’ll be glad you did! 😋
