Is everyone enjoying the nice weather?! It feels long overdue!

I’m always looking for new non-dairy ice cream flavors. Ben & Jerry’s has such a large selection! It’s so exciting how many kinds they have and that they’re made with all different kinds of non-dairy options! As I’ve said before, I love mint. Mint and chocolate is such a classic and delicious combination. So, when I saw this Ben & Jerry’s Mint Chocolate Cookie version made with sunflower butter, I needed to try it! I’m obsessed with milkshakes, and honestly it is one thing I do miss being able to have. Thankfully, there are so many non-dairy ice cream and alternative milk options now! Who else is looking forward to the day when more restaurants, etc have non-dairy milkshake options?!

Anyway, since I can’t have a regular milkshake from just anywhere, I have been making them at home. I have switched to using a lactose-free whole chocolate milk in my milkshakes. Let me just tell you, this combination with the mint cookie ice cream is so delicious! 😋 The mint isn’t fake tasting or overwhelming. There are cookie bits and larger cookie pieces if you just have the ice cream by itself. Also, it’s just so cool it’s made with sunflower butter which I haven’t had before!

Nutrition Facts

There is fat and of course sugar since it’s a dessert. However, this non-dairy frozen dessert being made with sunflower butter makes it better! There’s no cholesterol and some protein. The protein is pea protein which is in more and more vegetarian/vegan products. I’m a fan of pea protein and you don’t notice it. There are some allergens including wheat and soy, so as always check the labels if you have any allergies.

Stores

I bought this Ben & Jerry’s non-dairy frozen dessert from Whole Foods. However, many stores carry at least some of the Ben & Jerry’s non-dairy frozen desserts.

I highly recommend trying out the Ben & Jerry’s Mint Chocolate Cookie Non-dairy Frozen Dessert! Just by itself or in a milkshake, it’s delicious and the perfect summer treat! 😋
