So Delicious Coconutmilk Cookie Dough Ice Cream Review

I don’t know about all of you, but I definitely have a sweet tooth. 😂 If you’re like me, you want to enjoy sweets without feeling super guilty about them. I’m thrilled to have an ice cream alternative that doesn’t make my stomach hurt! This So Delicious Coconutmilk Cookie Dough ice cream is as the Company’s name suggests, delicious! 😋 It’s made with coconut milk which is way better on the tummy than cow’s milk. I will warn you though, this ice cream really does taste like coconut. At first I thought it seemed like an odd taste to have cookie dough and coconut together. After getting over that original hesitation, I thoroughly enjoyed this ice cream.

It’s still an alternative to ice cream, so yes it’s going to have added sugar. It also still has a high amount of fat because of the coconut. Since this ice cream is made with coconut milk, it’s vegan! Also, the dough part is vegan since it’s made with rice flour and contains no eggs. This ice cream is also gluten-free.

I have found several different kinds of the So Delicious alternative ice creams at Giant. I’m sure you can also find them at Whole Foods or even Wegmans though.
