So, I’m back to posting reviews! I’ve still been trying a bunch of new food items, and the first one I’ll review is the Real Good Food Co cauliflower veggie pizza. My husband and I have actually made cauliflower pizza from scratch. Although nothing can beat the real pizza taste, a cauliflower crust comes pretty close. My recommendation if you want to try to make your own is to make sure you really use all of your muscles to get any moisture out of the cauliflower. If you don’t, the crust can be a bit on the soggy side rather than crispier. Or, you can skip the hassle and just buy a cauliflower crust pizza! This one was overall pretty good! It definitely was crispy and all of the veggies on it made it quite tasty! 😋 My husband and I both agreed that we weren’t crazy about the cauliflower crust part by itself though.

Nutrition Facts

There is still a decent amount of fat and more cholesterol than I would have liked. However, it’s gluten-free, the carbs are low, and there’s 19 grams of protein which is awesome! Because it does have coconut and almond flour, just steer clear if you have a nut allergy. I will also point out that this cauliflower pizza does have real cheese so it is only vegetarian. This pizza also has dietary fiber!

Cooking

As with any store bought pizza, this cauliflower pizza is super easy to make. You literally just preheat the oven to 400 degrees and put the pizza on a cookie sheet. I only had to bake it about 16 minutes. Just don’t over bake it because the crust will get burnt easily. And that’s it!

Stores

My mom had actually bought us this cauliflower pizza. You can find the Real Good Food Co cauliflower pizza at places like Target and Wegmans.

Even though we thought the cauliflower crust by itself was just okay, I would still recommend this pizza! With the veggies and the cheese it was overall very good and a healthier pizza option!
