Hilary’s Organic World’s Best Veggie Burgers Review
I first saw an ad online about the Hilary’s Organic World’s Best Veggie Burgers. Seeing that they are gluten-free, soy-free, corn-free, nut-free, etc, I wanted to give them a try. The Company has been named one of the top allergy friendly companies which is awesome! After following on Instagram, I saw they were offering a giveaway and immediately entered. I didn’t win, but I was still eager to find these veggie burgers. As with many other products, yes you can buy them on their site, but I don’t like to pay for shipping and find it more convenient to find the product I want at a local store. 😂 When I actually wasn’t searching for them, I found them! The cost is pretty comparable to most other veggie burgers you find. When I cooked these up one night, I realized the packaging didn’t have instructions for cooking them on the grill. Me being the rebel that I am, decided to cook them on the grill anyway. 😂 Well, that ended up being quite a mess! I’ll get into it in the cooking section. The overall taste of the Hilary’s Organic World’s Best Veggie Burgers was pretty good! You can definitely taste plenty of veggies in them and the texture didn’t bother me at all. Do I believe they are the “world’s best?” In my opinion, no they are not. Do I still recommend you try them out for yourself? Absolutely! These veggie burgers are a lot healthier than most and still taste pretty good! I would list them toward the top of the best veggie burgers, but there are a few others that just taste way better even if they aren’t as healthy. 😂
Nutrition Facts
These veggie burgers really are decently healthy. They’re packed with good for you ingredients and are allergy friendly. The fat is pretty low, there’s zero cholesterol, and even the sodium and calories are pretty low! They are also vegan! There really aren’t any negatives to these veggie burgers.
Cooking
As I said, I decided to be a rebel and cook these veggie burgers on the grill. They stuck quite a bit, and I struggled to get them off especially not in total pieces. This caused them to get a little burnt. You can see from the picture I was barely successful. The cheese I added on top helped keep them together a bit more. If you follow the instructions, it doesn’t seem like they would take that long for any other cooking method. I will have to get them again and actually follow the instructions. 😉I would also add that yes, they are probably even better on a bun with more veggies and condiments. I usually end up staying away from buns though since the gluten in them is what bothers me.
Stores
I found these veggie burgers at one of our local Giants. You could also find them on their website.
Despite my mess up with cooking them, I would still recommend the Hilary’s Organic World’s Best Veggie Burgers. They are definitely one of the healthier veggie burgers and are still tasty!
