Haagen-Dazs Non-Dairy Chocolate Salted Fudge Truffle Frozen Dessert Review
Even though the weather’s really cooling down, I still enjoy ice cream…just under a blanket cuddled up on the couch. 😂 This week’s post is another non-dairy ice cream! If you haven’t had Haagen-Dazs ice cream before, you need to run out and get some now!
As I’ve said before, I have a high sensitivity to cow’s milk. I really can’t tolerate it much anymore. Do you all know how excited I was to find that Haagen-Dazs is making non-dairy ice cream now?! I hope you all are getting just as excited! I didn’t hesitate to grab this kind with its words of chocolate, fudge, and salted. A little salty and sweet is the perfect combination! When I first started eating this ice cream, I really thought I was going to finish the whole container (you’re lucky I stopped to take a picture . It was AMAZING! The salty didn’t come through too much, just a hint every few bites. The chocolate was so rich and the chunks of fudge truffle added a nice texture. I simply can’t say enough about how much I loved this ice cream. 😋
Nutrition Facts
As always, this is a dessert. Honestly, I expected the calories and fat to be higher with how rich this ice cream is. There’s also a little protein and iron. Even though it’s not one of the first ingredients, there is soy. At least there’s no cholesterol!
Stores
I bought this dairy-free ice cream from Giant. Haagen-Dazs is a popular brand though, so you can definitely find it at other stores. The Company apparently has made four non-dairy ice creams, so I’m eager to try the other three!
Whether you have a sensitivity to cow’s milk like me, are vegan, or just want to try a new ice cream, this Haagen-Dazs Non-Dairy Chocolate Salted Fudge Truffle ice cream is a must! If you live with anybody else, you will definitely need to hide it! 😂
